Unifi 800Mbps download and 200Mbps. Speed test from FAST and SpeedTest shown the both download and upload speed as per subscribed.

CPU Offline in Linux OS

 Some might notice that, CPU getting offline after complete Linux installation. 

If you have CPU with 4 Core, you can see that only 1 core is activated. (HyperThreading is disabled for this case).

What could be a root caused on this. Re-installed with Windows OS, all 4 cores are running perfectly. 

So, this could be a kernel issue that caused CPU offline and with this all CPU core able to run accordingly. 

This due to spectra and meltdown and caused the CPU offline. So, to enable back modify the grub is the way to disable this mitigation.

cat /etc/default/grub. Then check and append with mitigations=off

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="mitigations=off"

Ensure to put under "DEFAULT" to ensure it take place accordingly. Then, update grub config as below;

Open the terminal app

Edit the /etc/default/grub as per your needs. For example:

sudo vim /etc/default/grub

Type the following command as root user:

sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

Reboot your Linux box

sudo reboot

After system rebooted, please check CPU using your preferred method.

Wuhan Coronavirus - 2019nCOV

In early 2020, the novel Coronavirus is found pandemic. The ground zero is believed located at Wuhan city under Hubei Province. The total population at Wuhan is 11Millios and Hubei province is 56Millions. The virus called Wuhan Coronavirus or 2019-nCoV.

The year acronym "2019" was given since it detected in late 2019 and "n-CoV" means Novel Coronavirus. Novel here means brand new and never exist before. The official name for this virus not yet determine and believe to be named once the vaccine and all the virus code segment able to identify.  Wuhan Coronavirus is Human Coronavirus. People might be not heard the name coronavirus. That the reason a fake news shown the medical report with Coronavirus detectedt. Since, they thought it a newly virus detected but not for this case once you understand Coronavirus is a big family of the virus. Most of the virus happened not limited to coronavirus because of "BAT". This also include NIPAH virus that happened in Malaysia too but this type is not a betacoronavirus family. Nipah virus is in Paramyxoviridae. 

For information Betacornavirus is Single Ribonucleic acid (RNA) and

Paramyxoviridae is larged enveloped RNA. 

Bats can carry more viruses without impact it. The the reason how Nipah virus happened when Bat eat the fruit, the left over eat by Pig. Finally, human eats pig and caused fatality rate happened about 75%.

The human coronavirus right now consist of 7 types included Wuhan Coronavirus (2019-nCoV).

4. Beta Coronavirus HKUI
5. Beta Coronavirus SAR-CoV (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome)

7. Wuhan Coronavirus now called 2019-nCOV (Final name not yet determine).

The vaccine is not yet ready until now and may takes a couple a months. The vaccine should be ready for test in mid year in 2020. The vaccine must be confirmed and tested safe before really go to production. This to ensure the safety to human. The vaccine is contain weak virus to make human body learn how to attack the virus. Basically, human body still able to attack the virus even without the vaccine but the attack rate is different across immune system for each human.

The same issue with Dengue. Actually dengue vaccine is not yet commercially available until 2019!. So the only way to cure by your own immune system. Dengue vaccine called Dengvaxia is not yet approve by all countries due to several controversy cases happened in Philippines due to this vaccine. Dengvaxia vaccine as reported is around $200-$300 (in Malaysia Ringgit RM800-RM1300) per vaccine.

There is a lot of virus or disease. Always remembered any disease cause upper or lower tract respiratory system is dangerous. 

Up to date dashboard is created and data is running hourly to understand the fatality rate. The fatality rate as shown is 2%.

Malaysia berada pada tangga ke-74 bagi kualiti kelajuan internet bagi perkhidmatan mobile iaitu dengan purata 31.32 Mbps. Bagi internet talian tetap pula Malaysia berada di tangga ke-54 dengan kelajuan 18.28Mbps.  Dijangka kedudukan akan meningkat selepas perlaksaan Unifi Turbo dari Telekom Malaysia. Nantikan keputusan pada bulan Oktober ini untuk kedudukan pada bulan September 2018.

Cara sekat penggunaan internet

Kali nie nak kongsi cara untuk sekat penggunaan internet. Terutama jika ada anak-anak menggunakan Youtube atau tengok online streaming terlebih waktu.

Fungsi di cuba pada router jenis TP-Link.

Langkah pertama, pergi ke browser anda dan masukkan 192.168.0.1

Selepas itu tekan butang Advanced dan tekan Parental Controls.

On fungsi Parental Controls dan tekan ok. Selepas itu pilih device yang anda nak lakukan sekatan. Contoh dibawah untuk TV. Jika anda nak sekat penggunaan ipad tekan View Existing Devices dan pilih device tersebut.

Pilih Internet Access Time. Bermakna bila waktu sekatan bermula. Sebagai contoh untuk TV dirumah disekat penggunaan Youtube dari jam 10.00 malam sehingga 7.00 pagi. Memandangkan Irsyad selalu tengok Youtbe sampai pukul 12 - 1.00 tengah pagi... Hahah... Nanti dia tanya cakap internet x da. :)

Ok. Part nie penting. Kena masukkan keyword. Contoh kita nak sekat youtube just masukkan youtube. Pastikan restriction policy blacklist di tekan. Selepas itu tekan butang Save. 

Policy diaktifkan secara automatik selepas butang save ditekan. Tidak perlu restart router anda.

Cara untuk start kereta yang menggunakan keyless

Semalam nak balik kerja, tiba-tiba kereta tak boleh nak start. Bateri remote kereta dah nak habis. Kereta tak dapat kesan remote kereta. Apa terjadi ? Bila tekan START pun tak kereta tak dapat nak start. So nie panduan untuk sesiapa yang pakai kunci kereta keyless.

Pertama, jika bateri kereta habis tentu anda tak dapat masuk kereta. So, keluarkan kunci kereta disisi remote kunci tersebut. Lepas tu buka pintu. Alarm akan berbunyi.

Kedua, letakkan remote kunci kereta dekat butang START. Anda akan kedengaran bunyi unlock dari kereta anda. Terus tekan break dan tekan START button untuk hidupkan kereta anda.  Enjin dah start alarm pun dah tutup... Boleh mulakan pemanduan anda.

Kelahiran anak ke-2

Begini ceritanya, 15 April 2018 hari Ahad pada jam 8.30 malam lebih kurang gitu. Wife ada cakap ada keluar tompok darah so masa tu kena bersiap sedia dah.... So sempat la siap-siap dulu dan makan-makan dulu...  So, kami keluar rumah pada jam 10.30 malam untuk ke Hospital Kulim. Jarak ke hospital kulim dalam 5-10 minit (lebih kurang 2.2km dari rumah).

Sampai hospital dalam pukul 10.30 tu sampai la ke hospital. Terus pergi ke emergency walaupun jalan kaki dari parking kereta.... So, petugas tu minta terus ke Wad Bersalin.

Sampai ke wad bersalin, nurse minta wife terus masuk ke dewan bersalin untuk pemeriksaan selanjutnya... So, hasilnya bukaan dah 5cm. Kebiasaan hospital benarkan untuk masuk dewan bersalin bila 5cm ke atas dalam pukul 11.00 malam gitu.

So, sekali dengan irsyad tunggu la dekat luar dewan. Buat aktiviti sendiri. Irsyad dengan aktiviti dia nak beli air dekat vending machine tu... Beli la air milo.  So, kami berdua turun la ke kereta ambik stroller irsyad senang nak bagi di tidur. 

Pukul 11.40 malam tanya balik status macam mana. Nurse cakap masih 5cm. Nurse cakap nanti tanya balik status dalam sejam kemudian.

Tiba-tiba pukul 12.30 tengah malam nurse panggil masuk sebab wife dah nak bersalin. Memandangkan aku bawa Irsyad, so tak dapat la masuk dewan bersalin. Masa nie irsyad belum tidur lagi.  So, dalam pukul 2.00 pagi masuk ke dewan bersalin tanya status macam mana. Nurse cakap dah bersalin pukul 1 tengah pagi. So, dalam 2.30 gitu baru tolak masuk ke wad.  So,  aku dengan irsyad balik ke rumah pada jam 3.30 pagi.

Banyak cara untuk jimat penggunaan minyak dan ketika pengisian minyak. Antaranya dengan bawa tidak melebihi 100km/j dan mengisi minyak di awal pagi.

Kali nie nak berkongsi cara untuk mengisi minyak dengan harga murah.

Bagi yang menggunakan wireless band 5GHZ tiada masalah untuk mencapai speed sehingga 100Mbps. 

Dalam PC rumah nie pakai HomePlug iaitu menggunakan talian elektrik sebagai medium untuk transmit data. Kualiti cable wiring akan mempengaruhi kadar connection rate. Gambar dibawah setelah ditukar lokasi homeplug iaitu transmit/receive sekitar 380Mbps. Maksudnya disini maximum kelajuan kabel elektrik rumah sekarang sehingga 380Mbps. 

Trip ke Cameron Highlands

Sebenarnya ingatkan nak pergi Cameron Highlands pada hari Ahad sebab tengok harga hotel terlalu mahal bila beli hari yang sama.

Lepas tu tengok-tengok point Agoda dah  cukup untuk tebus. DiGi pun tiap-tiap bulan ada discount 10% untuk booking melalui agoda.

So nie hasilnya selepas dapat discount dari Agoda dan DiGi. Harga asal USD65.52 tetapi selepas discount cuma USD34.34. So, apa lagi teruslah booking.
