The vaccine is not yet ready until now and may takes a couple a months. The vaccine should be ready for test in mid year in 2020. The vaccine must be confirmed and tested safe before really go to production. This to ensure the safety to human. The vaccine is contain weak virus to make human body learn how to attack the virus. Basically, human body still able to attack the virus even without the vaccine but the attack rate is different across immune system for each human.
The same issue with Dengue. Actually dengue vaccine is not yet commercially available until 2019!. So the only way to cure by your own immune system.
