Trip to Sandakan, Sabah (20~21 October 2012)

Finally we made it! Trip to Sandakan, Sabah. Actually, this trip is unexpected… Since, AirAsia got promotion for their loyalty customer for those using their card the air fare quite cheap… RM75 round trip…… From Kuala Lumpur to Sandakan took 2 hours 45 minutes….

 

Where we’ve been ?

 

Sandakan actually interesting place to visit… It’s might be not a right time when we’ve visited there… Since, it’s rainy season for Malaysia as well…

 

Since, our flight depart from LCCT around 7.15am then we arrived there around 10 o’clock…. Well, we booked the car at Airport… VIVA RM130/day…. So, we’ve booked for 2 days….

 

We’ve headed to Sepilok Orang Utan. It’s around 26KM from Airport… Before that, we need to fuel the petrol…. It’s just RM20 for 2 days…. First thought, it might be enough…. Suddenly, the VIVA petrol consumption is really good…. Not even half the petrol consumed during our visit… Lol. So, when we reached at Sepilok Orang Utan, around 11.30am (i think)…. It’s not really a good timing… Hahha… We supposed be there before feeding time… Around 10.00 am and 3pm….

 

Then, we’ve made a decision to Rainforest Discovery Centre… Since, the place quite near to the Sepilok Orang Utan… Then, we bought a ticket to enter the RDC… Ticket price is RM5…. So, after be bought it…. and enter the RDC… since, we like the canopy walk inside RDC…. After a few minutes walk around 10-15 minutes…. The sky turn into not so dark…. but the water drop from sky to the ground…. It’s RAINING… Hahaha… So, it’s a good time for us to check in at hotel (around 2 pm)….

 

Our late lunch maybe, we’ve headed to McDonald’s. So, I ordered “Samurai Burger”…. The recipe might be the same but the taste is different from Peninsular… Hehehe….

 

Then, we took dinner at Harbour Square/Mall… It’s the Thai Restaurant… The food quite good… (my order… not the rest)…

 

2nd day :

We managed to enter the Sepilok Orang Utan for two times with the same ticket… (10am and 3pm)….  Then, we’ve headed back to RDC…. Around 5 pm we’ve reached Agnes Keith’s house…. It’s very good place there…. Maybe… Since, it’s English style… I strongly suggest this place…

Yeah.. Finally my blood test result is ready. Just view it today… So, every year I started to do blood test. So, I’ll know the health status…. If the machine need to check / change the oil engine, so do humans need to check the blood status as well… Have you?

1. HDL is actually is a good cholesterol. You need to more at this part.  Take more fruit! Omega-3 and etc

2. LDL is bad cholesterol. Source meat n oil.

Emas & Perak apa yang perlu anda tahu?

Kali nie, jom sama-sama kita mengetahui perkara berkaitan emas dan perak. Buat masa ini, ramai yang berminat untuk membeli emas mahupun perak sebagai sumber pelaburan… Tetapi pelaburan bagaimana? Bila sebut je emas mesti terdengar juga Ar-Rahnu disini… Dekat sini bukan nak bincang mengenai Ar-Rahnu tetapi sedikit maklumat supaya mendapat sedikit pengetahuan berkaitan jual beli emas / perak nie…

Emas mahupun perak bukanlah suatu pelaburan yang singkat.. Sedar atau tidak ada yang membeli sebulan dua lepas tue terus mahu jual balik… Sebenarnya jika kita tengok dari konsep saving sendiri yang sepatutnya dipraktikkan semua supaya ada “Financial Health”… Kesihatan itu penting… ! Bukan sahaja tubuh badan,  tetapi dalam pelbagai cara/perihal.

So, when we said the Financial Health here, it don’t mean to make your become “Rich”… Same way if your take care of your body, you consume good food with a complete nutrition it just mean you look good and and make your system run properly…

 

Mari berbalik kepada jual beli emas/perak nie..

Ada dua perkara yang perlu tahu… “Kami Jual ” dan “Kami Beli” (“We Sell”, We Buy”)

Kebanyakan kedai emas yang ada di Malaysia kebiasaannya akan “Offset” nilai “Kami beli” sebanyak 20%… Mari kita tengok situasi berikut;

Si “A” membeli emas pada bulan Januari 2012 dengan harga RM180/gram . “A” membeli sebanyak 10 gram, dengan nilai pembayaran sebanyak RM1,800.

Pada bulan November 2012 harga emas RM190/gram… Si “A” mahu menjual semula emas yang dibeli… Berapa nilai “A” dapat?

RM190 * 80%  * 10grms = RM1,520

Jika dilihat disini, si “A” telah kehilangan RM280… Disebabkan menjual emas dalam tempoh yang tidak bersesuai…

Si “A” sepatutnya menjual emas lebih pada nilai dibawah…

RM180 (harga si “A” beli) * 120% = RM216. Iaitu harga RM216 ke atas….

Melainkan dia “slowtalk” dengan kedai emas atau mana2 orang yang jual emas utk bagi harga tinggi…

Yeah… Superb day… I wonder why Maybank not sent me a statement this month….Might be a big delay out there…. At least I’m ready with it (Now, half month already…salary balance also 50-50)… Actually,no need to worry about this… Since this just a progressive release. Since, I opted to “Musharakat Mutanaqisah” aka Islamic Term Loan there is no due date for this until full release… At least we pay “Small amount first, to cover the full payment”….
