Missing ‘Windows Features’ contents?

 

Hi. This is my log files. Since, when I opened Program and Features is part of uninstalling features in Windows 7. I found that my Windows Features which is part of windows 7 program or built in features is empty…

 

When I clicked the link or tab… I found nothing appear in the box. It’s seem something is corrupted… or might be the installation files or probably during the updates caused this problem happened….

 

So, now I trying to recover the problem arises…

 

Now, I’m running ‘CMD’ windows under administrator mode and then I entered the following:

 

‘Sfc /scannow’. This command try to scan and verify the phase of the system… Probably you might need later….
