Unifi 800Mbps download and 200Mbps. Speed test from FAST and SpeedTest shown the both download and upload speed as per subscribed.

CPU Offline in Linux OS

 Some might notice that, CPU getting offline after complete Linux installation. 

If you have CPU with 4 Core, you can see that only 1 core is activated. (HyperThreading is disabled for this case).

What could be a root caused on this. Re-installed with Windows OS, all 4 cores are running perfectly. 

So, this could be a kernel issue that caused CPU offline and with this all CPU core able to run accordingly. 

This due to spectra and meltdown and caused the CPU offline. So, to enable back modify the grub is the way to disable this mitigation.

cat /etc/default/grub. Then check and append with mitigations=off

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="mitigations=off"

Ensure to put under "DEFAULT" to ensure it take place accordingly. Then, update grub config as below;

Open the terminal app

Edit the /etc/default/grub as per your needs. For example:

sudo vim /etc/default/grub

Type the following command as root user:

sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

Reboot your Linux box

sudo reboot

After system rebooted, please check CPU using your preferred method.

Wuhan Coronavirus - 2019nCOV

In early 2020, the novel Coronavirus is found pandemic. The ground zero is believed located at Wuhan city under Hubei Province. The total population at Wuhan is 11Millios and Hubei province is 56Millions. The virus called Wuhan Coronavirus or 2019-nCoV.

The year acronym "2019" was given since it detected in late 2019 and "n-CoV" means Novel Coronavirus. Novel here means brand new and never exist before. The official name for this virus not yet determine and believe to be named once the vaccine and all the virus code segment able to identify.  Wuhan Coronavirus is Human Coronavirus. People might be not heard the name coronavirus. That the reason a fake news shown the medical report with Coronavirus detectedt. Since, they thought it a newly virus detected but not for this case once you understand Coronavirus is a big family of the virus. Most of the virus happened not limited to coronavirus because of "BAT". This also include NIPAH virus that happened in Malaysia too but this type is not a betacoronavirus family. Nipah virus is in Paramyxoviridae. 

For information Betacornavirus is Single Ribonucleic acid (RNA) and

Paramyxoviridae is larged enveloped RNA. 

Bats can carry more viruses without impact it. The the reason how Nipah virus happened when Bat eat the fruit, the left over eat by Pig. Finally, human eats pig and caused fatality rate happened about 75%.

The human coronavirus right now consist of 7 types included Wuhan Coronavirus (2019-nCoV).

2. Beta Coronavirus NL63
3. Beta Coronavirus OC43
4. Beta Coronavirus HKUI
5. Beta Coronavirus SAR-CoV (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome)
6. Beta Coronavirus MERS-CoV (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome)
7. Wuhan Coronavirus now called 2019-nCOV (Final name not yet determine).

The vaccine is not yet ready until now and may takes a couple a months. The vaccine should be ready for test in mid year in 2020. The vaccine must be confirmed and tested safe before really go to production. This to ensure the safety to human. The vaccine is contain weak virus to make human body learn how to attack the virus. Basically, human body still able to attack the virus even without the vaccine but the attack rate is different across immune system for each human.

The same issue with Dengue. Actually dengue vaccine is not yet commercially available until 2019!. So the only way to cure by your own immune system. Dengue vaccine called Dengvaxia is not yet approve by all countries due to several controversy cases happened in Philippines due to this vaccine. Dengvaxia vaccine as reported is around $200-$300 (in Malaysia Ringgit RM800-RM1300) per vaccine.

There is a lot of virus or disease. Always remembered any disease cause upper or lower tract respiratory system is dangerous. 

Up to date dashboard is created and data is running hourly to understand the fatality rate. The fatality rate as shown is 2%.
