kEDATANGAN RAMADHAN YANG DINANTIKAN….

 

Kurang 2 minggu lagi…. bulan Ramadhan akan tiba…. Ada yang suka, gembira dan berduka….

Bagiku…. Ramadhan kali ini adalah kali ke-2 aku menyambut tanpa ketiadaan abahku yang kembali ke rahmatullah pada 1 Ramadhan 1430….

 

Semoga ramadhan kali ini penuh makna…. Agar dapat ku lalui dengan sempurna….

Yes… This is absolutely the new environment from me…. What I mean here is WORKING environment…. Why…. Almost 20 years at school…

 

Here my educational background:

 

1. Kindergarten (Years 3 – 6)
2. SK Seri Tunjong, Perlis (Years 7 – 12)
3. SMK Dato’ Jaafar Hassan, Perlis (Years 13 – 17)
4. Asrama Semai Bakti, Kelana Jaya (Years 18)
5. Universiti Malaysia Pahang – Diploma (Years 18 – 21)
6. Universiti Malaysia Pahang – Degree (Years 21 – 24)

 

Working environment here is not much different with university. Why…. At here…. The company have more than 5000 employees! Not include contract workers….

 

Why the environment here is not much different???

So, not much different…. Only the building is different…

 

The only different and not really comfortable here is…… Working hours…… Haha

Why? I missed my university lecture hours……

 

Since, I’m exempt employee….. My working hours is from 8.00 am till 5.30 pm….. So far ok… The traffic here is not congested….. Only 10 minutes drive….

PAST 1 WEEK

 

It have been 1 week I’m working here. During the 1st day until the last Friday, I’m managed to complete all the required training. Since, there is a lot a training either required by the company side and also my position side thereafter.

 

So, next week I’ll going to have one meeting with Arizona campus side. Then, for sure I need to complete the most required training. Just put the prioritize on that!

 

Since I’m normal shift employee who is working on 8.00 am till 5.30 everyday there is a lot of thing need to do. For sure, this company is A Great Place To Work! Why? In terms of the benefit, they are quite open and direct… The best thing, the manager also give you the full control on the project! So, US company is okay….

 

What more interesting? The company also gives Stock option for their own employee to purchase the company stock. Yeah, for sure with discount price not a normal ask price at Nasdaq market (US Market).

 

The company also provides free vaccine H1N1 free for all employees! 

 

Most of the employees work here around 5 years till 13 years. So, right now I’m the only junior here….. Not even 1 year…..  ~huhu….

 

TIME? R they straight enough? Here is flexible….. Here have a Breakfast and Lunch time…. Even when you feel like you need to eat, just straight away to the cafe…. No problem at all…. Library also located there…

 

So, my buddy (the person who guide me) also shares his biz trip in Japan, China, Brazil and more…. Like living cost and more….

1st day

 

Hari nie, hari pertama…. So, bertolak ke Intel Penang pada pukul 6.30 pagi…. Tiba di Intel Penang (Intel U) dalam pukul 7.30 pagi….

 

8.00 pagi = Daftar dan ambk ‘Temporary Badge’ dekat lobby

8.30 pagi = Sesi orientation mula….

.

.

5.00 petang = Bertolak ke Kulim

 

 

So far , aktiviti yang dijalankan seperti

1) Puzzle
2) Search the factory area and Intranet…

3) etc….

 

So, most of the participant from Penang Design Centre……

Perjalanan ep1

 

 

 

 

 

Assalamualaikum…. Syukur telah tiba dirumah sewa kira-kira pada pukul 2.30 petang. Perjalanan mengambil masa kira-kira 2 jam 15 minit dari rumah saya, di Beseri, Perlis.

 

Esok bermulalah perjalanan hidup ini sebagai seorang PEKERJA….. ape pun status PELAJAR kekal wujud sehingga ke akhir hayat…..

 

Esok, kene lapor diri di PG9 @ Intel Penang…. Pada hari tu ade ‘Into Intel Program’…. Kira satu hari ORIENTATION day la dekat situ…. Sebenarnya tarikh dipercepatkan oleh HR sane atas sebab program nie la…. Ape pun…. terima je… Ha3

Alhamdulillah

Alhamdulillah…Setelah hampir 2 bulan tamat Latihan Industri…. Bermula minggu hadapan, aku akan melaporkan diri di XYZ company….

 

Semoga semuanya baik-baik hendakNya…..

 

 

Psst: Pagi tadi baru siapkan ‘Medical Checkup’… Surat baru je terima semalam…. So, semuanya sudah settle… Amin
